We always start with a client briefing where we receive the brief. We then do a response to the brief to ensure the brief has been understood and agreed by all parties.

Response to the Brief

This process involves an inception meeting where we review the response to the brief amd sign off the scope, programme ,budget and deliverables.

Monitoring and Review

This is then followed by regular client liaison and progress meetings to review progress, outcomes, and client satisfaction before closing out. The final part of the process is the client feedback and lessons learned session.
